Employer and contractor responsibilities
Employers, contractors, and controlling parties remain responsible for identifying actual jobsite hazards, complying with applicable laws and project requirements, providing required employee training, implementing suitable controls, and maintaining required records.
Customized documents
Safety plans, JHAs, AHAs, manuals, programs, and forms must be evaluated and customized for the customer's scope of work, site conditions, workforce, equipment, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations. Final documents require customer review and approval before jobsite use.
